Step by step Black Pav Bhaji

Step by step Mumbai special Black Pav Bhaji

Veggies needed. You can also add Green Peas and Coriander.
Potatoes boiled, other veggies chopped.
Oil + Garlic
Then add onions
Then add Cabbage once Onions are pink
Once Onions and Cabbage are soft, add tomatoes. Cover cook on a low flame.
Once tomatoes are semi soft, add Black Pav Bhaji Masala. If you want to make normal Pav Bhaji, add regular Pav Bhaji Masala + Red Chilli Powder. Cover and cook till Tomatoes are soft.
Then add Potatoes and smash them with the potato smasher. Add a little water + salt + lemon juice.
Pav Bhaji is ready

As Junior is still recovering from his surgery, I didn’t get much time to cook the past week. However, I still cooked two dishes.

Junior is slowly getting his energy back, so we just decided to have some fun last night.
