We in Mumbai had an extremely gloomy week with heavy rains throughout. And already due to the Corona Virus we are at home most of the time, but the rains actually felt like another lockdown.
In this time, I utilised it the most by cooking some delicious dishes.

In Mumbai, it has been raining heavily from the past 3 days, because of which I couldn’t take Junior for a walk. I tried giving him his required exercise and burnt his energy at home only as much as I could. However, we still had a fun week.

Let me take you through my activities in the past week, obviously, apart from the boring routine 😁

The featured picture is of Quinoa made in Tomato Puree. Healthy, delicious and filling. Yum!
I cooked quite a few dishes last week. Posting pictures of some of them. Being a vegetarian, and due to lockdown, I have found enough time to try new recipes.
Also, the featured picture is of Paneer Pulao.
As I love to paint, and I trying painting or sketching or colouring atleast once a week, here’s one which I made last week.
Just for a little laugh, Junior’s weird sleeping positions 😁
A colourful picture gallery of what Junior and me did in the last week.
I made Paneer (cottage cheese) Chilli Dry, Schezwan Fried Rice and Paneer (cottage cheese) Manchurian Gravy for dinner with an Indian twist. This is not authentic Chinese Cuisine but a little more on the spicy side.
