Indian Food

This week I made majorly Indian food as we are in lockdown and essentials are open only till 11am.

Aloo Pyaaz ki Sabji

In the mood for food…always!

My favourite sabzi Bhindi, Salad, Upma, Dal, Butter Milk and Roti.
Had a weird combination dinner one night. Falafel Wrap and Bhel. However, both were delicious.
Falafel Wrap in Sour Cream, Hummus, Garlic Sauce and of course – Falafel Pattie.
My signature and ultimate favourite dish – Paneer Butter Masala with Parathas and Salad.
Usal is a Maharashtrian dish and is had with Pav and Bhusa as garnishing.

Made this for someone’s dinning area. Wanted it to be a positive painting, so sunlight, plants and tea; as they are tea lovers. When I paint 🎨
He will keep starring at me from different angles till I get uncomfortable and finally get up to feed him before his meal time.

Never eaten a delicious Thai Curry than this. Made by a friend.

Eating in and out week

These mini Pizzas are different than the last one. It’s a healthier option. Instead of Cheese, I have put Cottage Cheese. And it’s tastes super delicious.
A typical authentic South Indian Curd Rice. Healthy, filled with nutrients, tasty and filling.
My lunch is always filling. The plate has Mixed Vegetables Sabzi in Cashew Paste, Masala Paneer, proteins rich Moong Salad, Mango Pickle and Rotis.

Cottage Cheese, Onions and Potato Pakoras with Ginger Tea.
Tried making Khao Souy at home. Turned out to be reasonably good.
Kadai Paneer. I hate Bell Peppers, so I didn’t have much. But my brother loved it.
Made Red Velvet and Cream Jar Cake. Super easy and quick.
Chole, Puri and Cucumber Salad
A dream, which will come true one day. When I paint 🎨
Never take those for granted when they care, for when they are gone, you will realise no one was ever down for you like they were, and it will be too late. Make this in soft pastels.
I smell dandruff 🤣

Cooking Shooking

Had a very fun week cooking various dishes and eating in a restaurant for the first time in 10 months post lockdown.

The ingredients are ready. Hummus, Sour Cream, Falafel Pattie, Lettuce, Onions and Tortila Roti.
